| About the Workshop: This
will be a step-by-step process where we will incorporate a theme picked
out by the student, and adding paper, fabric, etc. to build the
bones of our painting. Then we will finish with areas of watercolor
or acrylic or pencil or ink or some of all of the above.
Everyone will want to personalize a painting with a phrase, photograph
or memorabilia from a trip or event, etc. We will be working on
backgrounds, color, composition, value, and some mixed media. The
student will finish at least 3 paintings, and maybe more, depending on
their level of expertise. Please bring the references you want to
paint from, or feel free to use the instructor's example. Some
tips on techniques Results and fun guaranteed!!!!
